Our Family
Dr. Hill has practiced in Dracut for nearly 30 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Boston University, and graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 1974 as class valedictorian. Dr. Hill has also served as 1st Lieutenant in the Untied States Army Medical Service Corps, and as an instructor at the New England College of Optometry. Don is the proud father of three children and enjoys golfing, biking, and spending time with his family on Cape Cod.
Dr. Erica Hill, a 2003 graduate of the New England College of Optometry, has been working in the practice for three years. She has areas of expertise in pre- and post- cataract surgical exams as well as in Pediatrics. Dr. Hill has been also working with Arrig Eye Consultants, a surgical and ocular disease practice in Lawrence, Massachusetts. She was also a memeber of the class of 1997 at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she was a member of the varsity softball team. She was recently married in 2005 and is now raising her new son, Devin Matthew! Congratulations Erica!
Dr. Michael Hill graduated from the New England College of Optometry in May of 2007, and is the youngest son of Dr. Donald Hill. He has gained experience training in both the Providence, Rhode Island and Northampton, Massachusetts Veterans Administration Hospitals treating ocular disease, as well as practicing at the Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation of western Alaska providing eye care for over 30,000 Yu'pik Eskimos. His latest training was at the South Boston Community Health Center, where he participated in the treatment and management of glaucoma and cataracts. Michael graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts, where he was a member of the varsity Men's Soccer team. Dr. Michael Hill is now accepting new patients. Allan Berg, M.D. Dr. Berg joined our practice in 2007 as a highly skilled ophthalmologist. He will be seeing patients on a monthly basis to aid our staff in treating and managing ocular diseases, such as glaucoma and macular degeneration. He spent most of his career working in Denver, Colorado, and is currently practicing in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where he now makes his home.
Karen has been the backbone of Hill Eye Associates since it opened it's doors. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
